DERMEDEN : this term designates the company Laboratoires DermEden Paris S.A.S. with a capital of 40,000 euros, whose registered office is located at 2 rue saint joseph 75002 Paris, registered with the Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés de Paris under the number 505 025 858, whoseunique identification number(IDU) with ADEME is FR280370_01BZKJ.
PRODUCTS : this term designates the cosmetic products marketed by DERMEDEN and offered for sale on the SITE.
BUYER: this term designates the contracting party, a natural person and non-professional, having ordered one or more PRODUCT(S) on the SITE.
SITE: this term designates the Laboratoires DermEden website: www.dermedenparis.com on which the PRODUCTS are presented and sold to the BUYER.

ORDER: this term refers to the sales contract concluded between DERMEDEN and the BUYER.

Article 2: PURPOSE
The purpose of the present general terms of sale is to define the rights and obligations of the parties arising from the online sale of PRODUCTS made available on the SITE. These general terms and conditions of sale prevail over any other document.
The BUYER acknowledges having read the general terms and conditions of sale before validating his ORDER.

Article 3: PRODUCTS
The products sold are those displayed on the SITE on the day of consultation of the SITE by the Internet user and within the limits of available stocks. In the event of a product being out of stock after
an ORDER has been placed, the BUYER will be informed as soon as possible. The BUYER will have the choice of modifying his ORDER or cancelling it and being reimbursed within 30 days of his request.

Article 4 : PRICES
The prices displayed on the SITE are in euros and include all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery costs. DERMEDEN reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, which the user accepts.

Article 5 : ONLINE PURCHASING
5.1 Ordering a product(s)
The Internet user may browse freely through the various pages of the SITE, without being bound by any order.
To place an order on the SITE, the BUYER must select the number of each product he/she has chosen and click on "Order". The BUYER may view the summary of his ORDER and modify it at any time by clicking on "Shopping Cart" at the top right of the page. To finalize and pay for his ORDER, the BUYER must click on "Confirm Order". The BUYER must then identify himself by entering his e-mail address and password if he already has a customer account, or fill in the dedicated form with his surname, first name and delivery address.
By validating the ORDER, the BUYER irrevocably and unreservedly accepts the general terms and conditions of sale (to be ticked) and his ORDER.

5.2 Order confirmation
Once payment has been confirmed, an email summarizing the ORDER will be sent to the email address previously provided by the BUYER.

Article 6 : OTHER STIPULATIONS
6.1 : Liability and Force Majeure
DERMEDEN shall not be held liable for any indirect damages that may arise from the purchase of PRODUCTS.
DERMEDEN shall not be held liable for the non-execution of the ORDER due to a case of Force Majeure as defined by French jurisprudence and courts.

6..2 : Applicable law - Competent jurisdiction
Sales of Laboratoires DermEden Paris products are subject to French law. Failing amicable agreement, any dispute relating to the interpretation, performance or breach of contract between Laboratoires DermEden Paris and the BUYER shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the competent French courts.
