Yes, our products are suitable for all skin types. We formulate every product under dermatological control and carry out extensive sensitivity testing to ensure their safety and efficacy, whatever your skin type. We are proud to offer products that can be used with confidence by all our customers, whatever their skin sensitivity.
Ordering and delivery

Orders placed on our website are processed within two working days.
Your order will then be dispatched within a maximum of 10 days from the day after your order has been validated. Delivery time by La Poste is estimated at 72 hours for France.
Please note: order preparation times may be longer during busy sales periods. -
Our delivery charges for France are €6.00 (€5.00 in a "point relais") free for purchases over €40.00 (by Colissimo within 3 to 7 days). Option to opt for fast delivery at 11.00€ (by Chronopost within 3 days).

Payment, returns and refunds

All these payment methods are secure to ensure the protection of your financial information during your transactions.

Our instalment facility is simple and convenient, as it is carried out using your PayPal account. When you choose this payment method, you have the option of dividing the total amount of your purchase into several instalments. You will be redirected to PayPal to configure these split payments according to your preferences.

Our return and refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If a buyer wishes to return an order or part of an order, certain conditions apply:
1. Products must be intact, unopened and unused.
2. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
3. The buyer has a cooling-off period of fourteen (14) clear days from delivery of the order, if he/she is not entirely satisfied with the products. If the last day of the 14-day period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the period is extended until the next working day.

DermEden undertakes to reimburse the purchaser at the latest within 30 days of exercising the right of withdrawal, after receipt of the products returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition for resale. We make every effort to ensure an efficient and satisfactory returns and refund process for our customers. -

Please feel free to contact us with any relevant information about your return, such as order number and details of the products being returned. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you, answer your questions and keep you informed of the progress of your return and refund request.
Subscription

Subscribing to your favorite products is all about simplifying your life. Your products will be delivered automatically to your home, at the frequency you choose, without you having to place another order. What's more, you'll receive a discount on the product you order thanks to the subscription formula. In short, you save time and money, and never run out of your favorite product!
When you purchase your product, click on the Subscription option and choose your delivery frequency (every 30/60/90 days). Future deliveries will then be made automatically, at the same price, without you having to place a new order. -
You can modify or cancel your subscription yourself at any time from your customer account. You can change the frequency of deliveries, decide to skip a delivery, suspend or cancel your subscription. You can cancel your subscription after 2 deliveries.

Payment is by direct debit with each delivery. Delivery charges are payable with each shipment, unless your order/subscription exceeds €40.
