The order will then be dispatched within a maximum of 10 days from the day following the BUYER's validation of his ORDER. Delivery time by La Poste is estimated at 72 hours. Deliveries are made via Colissimo.

Our delivery charges for France are €6.00 (€5.00 in a "point relais") free for purchases over €40.00 (by Colissimo within 3 to 7 days). Option to opt for fast delivery at 11.00€ (Chronopost within 3 days).

Upon receipt of the ORDER, the BUYER must check the conformity of the products. If any anomaly is noted (damaged package, open package, broken or missing products, etc.), the BUYER is required to:
> Make any reservations and claims to the employee of La Poste
> Inform the DERMEDEN customer service department, no later than two working days after receipt of the ORDER, by email to [email protected]. DERMEDEN will then be responsible for the return costs.
After this period, any claim will be rejected and DERMEDEN will be released from any liability.
For any delay in delivery, the BUYER must inform DERMEDEN customer service as soon as possible by email at [email protected].
If the BUYER wishes to return his order or part of his order, the products must be intact, unopened, unused and in perfect condition for resale. Returns are at the customer's expense.
The BUYER has a cooling-off period of fourteen (14) clear days from delivery of his ORDER if he is not entirely satisfied with the product(s). When the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.

DERMEDEN undertakes to reimburse the BUYER within 30 days at the latest from the date of exercise of the right of withdrawal and after receipt of the products concerned.
