PHASE 1: THE PROCEDURE AT THE CLINIC
A series of 3 sessions spaced 30 days apart (S1, S2, S3).
Each session consists of two complementary steps:
1. Keratolytic Treatment: LIGHT D.PEEL

Ingredients: 8.5% lactic acid, 5% tranexamic acid, 2% ferulic acid.

Objective: Gentle exfoliation, initiation of the depigmentation process, and optimization of skin permeability.

Directions for Use: Apply 1 to 3 layers to the periorbital area, depending on the severity of the condition and the patient’s tolerance.

Neutralization: Rinse thoroughly with water 3 minutes after applying the final coat.
2. Trans-epidermal Delivery: TXA NIA 5.10

Ingredients: A sterile concentrate combining 10% niacinamide and 5% tranexamic acid.

Objective: Penetration of depigmenting agents.

Procedure: Microneedling technique. Perform 3 passes per eye area.
PHASE 2: HOME CARE
An essential step to stabilize results and prevent gradual repigmentation (rebound effect).
1. Prescription: TXA 5% ANTI-DARK SPOT CONCENTRATE

Ingredients: 10% niacinamide, 5% tranexamic acid.

Dosage for the patient: Apply topically to dark circles under the eyes, morning and evening.

Duration of treatment: A minimum 4-month course of treatment.
2. Strict Sun Protection

Systematic prescription of SPF 50 sunscreen to be applied every morning to protect the treated area and prevent UV-induced melanogenesis from recurring.
